Puppy Information

What our puppies will have prior to leaving:

  1. Our puppies will be 8 weeks before leaving for their new home.
  2. Puppies will be vet checked and receive a health certificate.
  3. All puppies will receive a 5-way vaccine at 6 and 8 weeks old.
  4. Dewormed regularly
  5. We offer a 3 day health and 1 year genetic guarantee.

New Owners need to know:  

  1. Have your puppy vet checked within 3 days of receiving him/her. Take the provided shot record with you.
  2. Vaccines build immunity they don't make the puppy immune to disease.  Protect your puppy by keeping him/her away from highly trafficked dog parks and public areas until FULLY vaccinated.
  3. Our puppies only drink well water here. If you have Chlorine in your water make sure the puppy drinks it without issue.
  4. We feed Diamond Puppy and will provide a sample. If you choose to switch food, please use the sample to slowly transition over to the new food by mixing small amounts of each food.    https://www.diamondpet.com/dog/diamond/puppy/
  5. You will be provided with a vaccine record, health certificate, AKC puppy papers (when available) and signed health guarantee.

Shipping:

  1. Shipping price includes the travel crate you get to keep.
  2. Prices vary depending on airport and size of crate.
  3. Call your airport to be sure you understand their pick-up procedures. 
  4. You will need your ID and the provided AWB (air way bill) number to claim your puppy at the airport.
  5. The only person(s) able to pick up the puppy is whomever is listed on the flight details.
  6. Be on time. Do Not make the puppy wait unnecessarily at the airport.
  7. Puppy papers will be taped to the top of the crate in a plastic bag.
  8. Shredded paper will be in the crate to help absorb any mess.
  9. Take a small trash bag to the airport to clean out any potty mess before leaving the airport.
  10. Food will be attached to the crate and provided during the trip.
  11. Water will also be provided along the way. Be sure your puppy is offered a drink asap after pick up.
  12. TRACK your flight during the day to be sure you know if flight is early or late.
